I do not take any returns. I do not give any refunds. I try to have good communication with each customer to ensure their happiness. I send preview photos as well, for any custom order.

Defective Items?
Each and every item is hand made by me. I will never be a middle man or a clearing house for products from somewhere else and then raise the cost so i make a profit. That being said, nothing should ever be defective. However, sometimes things happen. IF something should happen to your item, please contact me and we will work together to arrive at a solution. (Example: one of the centers of a hairbow lost its sparkly gem. I was able to send the center sparkly gem to the mom, and she was able to glue it in to fix the bow. It was a perfect solution and was at NO COST to the customer.)

SHIPPING?
I use the cheapest shipping option through USPS. There will be times that shipping costs will be less than what you paid and over what you paid. It all evens out in the long run. I box each item so that no bow gets crushed. SOME items can be shipped in a padded envelope. YES!! you can choose a different shipping option. HOWEVER, that will raise YOUR cost of shipping. IF you need your items in a hurry, you can choose to have them shipped overnite AT YOUR EXPENSE. I will not ship anything overnite without prepayment.
